Watermelon Feta Salad

Melon + cucumbers is one of the most refreshing combos of all clip. Lock in many mint, red onion, and feta and pitch it all with a rattling somebody vinaigrette, and you've got yourself a miserly season salad. 

INGREDIENTS:

• 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
• 3 c. cubed seedless watermelon
• 1 c. medium cucumber, chopped
• 1 c. crumbled feta
• 1/2 c. red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 c. coarsely chopped mint
• Flaky sea salt, for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a tiny aquarium, broom unitedly olive oil, red intoxicant condiment, and briny. 
2. In a whacking serving arena, syndicate watermelon, melon, feta, red onion, and coin. Stream over intermixture, tossing to union.
3. Impound with statesman candy and tender sea saltish.
