Bruschetta Pasta Salad
This salad is the epitome of summer in a container.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. orecchiette
- 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes, preferably multi-colored, halved
- 1/4 c. torn basil, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- In a monumental pot of salted simmering wet, prepare orecchiette according to container directions until al dente. Course and set excursus.
- In a dinky vessel, wipe unitedly olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then flavor with seasoning and flavorer.
- To dish, add food, flavorer and tomatoes; toss with sauce to have.
- Ornament with doctor and assist.
