INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 head white cabbage
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons cream

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. cut the cabbage head half of into half of lengthways. Then halve once more to provide you 4 wedges.
