Sriracha Turkey Burger

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 turkey burger patties
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices pepper jack
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 large lime
- Sriracha, for drizzling
DIRECTIONS:
- warmth grill or grill pan to high. Season burger patties with salt and pepper and grill until crimson, 6 minutes in line with aspect for medium. upload cheese and allow melt, 1 minute.
