Steak Frites Burger
A complete steakhouse dinner among two buns.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 hamburger patties
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar
- 4 Hamburger buns
- French fries (fresh or frozen and cooked), for topping
- 1/4 c. steak sauce (such as A1)
DIRECTIONS:
- heat grill or grill pan to high. Season burger patties with salt and pepper and grill until red, 6 mins in step with side for medium. upload cheese and allow melt, 1 minute.
- collect burger: upload patty and French fries to bun bottom, then drizzle with steak sauce, cowl with top bun and serve.
