Valentine's Mississippi Mud Brownies #valentine #dessert

My favorite one-bowl brownie recipe topped with warm gooey marshmallows and chocolate frosting.
First, I simply love brownies. i've lots of different brownie recipes on my website too. I’m deliberating sharing my favorite “brownie in a mug” recipe quickly. everybody fascinated? It’s our pass-to deal with while my husband and i need something sweet, speedy, that doesn’t make a mess.
cakes are the first-class. top them with marshmallows and the first-class creamy selfmade chocolate frosting and that i’m pretty an awful lot in heaven.

Ingredients
For the brownies:

  • 1/2 cup butter , softened
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oil (vegetable or canola oil)

For the frosting:

  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 - 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Grease a 9x13'' pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a massive mixing bowl, pour oil over cocoa powder and blend. upload softened butter and mix till clean. upload sugar and mix for 1 minute.
  3. upload eggs, one after the other, mixing after every addition. add vanilla and blend. upload flour and salt and stir to mix.
  4. Pour batter into organized pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out easy.
  5. get rid of truffles from the oven and sprinkle the marshmallows calmly on pinnacle. return to the oven for 2-3 mins or until the marshmallows are puffed. dispose of from oven and permit them to chill completely.
  6. as soon as tarts are cool, make the frosting.

For the frosting:

  1. add melted butter, cocoa powdered, evaporated milk, vanilla, and a pair of cups of powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and beat with electric powered beaters until smooth.
  2. add more powdered sugar, a cup at a time, mixing well, till you reach your favored frosting consistency. I typically use about three 1/4 cups powdered sugar.
  3. unfold frosting over the cooled truffles and cut into squares. i've discovered a plastic knife works great to cut them, or in case you make them 1 day earlier they may be a lot less difficult to cut.
