Keto Chicken Parmesan Recipe

INGREDIENTS:


  • 4 Tablespoons oil
  • 4 medium boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 cup low carb marinara sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Prepare baking sheet by spraying with cooking spray or drizzle of oil.
  3. Place chicken breasts on baking sheet and brush 1 Tablespoon of oil onto each chicken breast.
  4. In a medium bowl mix together, almond meal, Italian seasoning, parmesan and salt.
  5. Coat chicken breasts with almond/parmesan mixture. Sprinkle remaining coating on top of breasts after placing onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until juices run clean.
