Watermelon Caprese
This salad was prefab for summer.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small watermelon, sliced
- 1 mozzarella ball, sliced
- 2 tbsp. sliced fresh basil
- Flaky sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- extra-virgin olive oil
- balsamic glaze
DIRECTIONS:
- Serving watermelon into 1/2" fat squares, most 3"-x- 3". Helping mozzarella into 1/2" slices.
- On a delivery provide, change slices of mozzarella and melon. Discharge with theologiser, flaky sea restrainer and seasoning.
- Rainfall with olive oil and balsamic render and pass.
