Yummy Mutton Gravy Spicy
Mutton gravy is a recipe which all of us crave for to consume with rice or roti. Mutton gravy recipe can be made in various methods but here i've no longer used onions and tomatoes to make the gravy but have organized the dish in specific fashion.
This mutton gravy is extremely good in flavor and ideal with pulao or bagara rice. this is no onion no tomato gravy but i've used yogurt and fried onions to make the gravy which gives a really perfect flavor to the mutton.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 black pepper corns
- 500 gms meat/mutton
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamoms
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 3-4 vertically slit green chillies
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder haldi
- salt - as per taste
- 1 tsp black pepper corn powder
- 1 tsp full red chilli powder
- 3-4 medium sized onions finely sliced
- 1 tsp roasted coriander seeds powder
- 1 or 2 glasses of water
- 1 cup yogurt approx... 200ml
Other ingredients:
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 4 medium sized onions finely sliced and deep fried barista/deep fried onions
INSTRUCTIONS:
- first off, take a cooking pot, into it add oil and warmth it.
- add cinnamon stick, cardamoms, cloves, black pepper corns and stir nicely.
- upload finely sliced onions into it.
- also add slit green chillies and saute till onions flip tender.
- upload ginger garlic paste and saute to take away the raw scent.
- upload mutton pieces into it and roast them well till the mutton changes its coloration.
- add salt consistent with taste.
- upload purple chilli powder and turmeric powder and blend the complete aggregate properly.
- cowl the lid and cook dinner the mutton for about five mins on low flame till oil appears at the corners.
- upload a glass of water or and cook the mutton till it gets soft or stress cook to tenderize it(do no longer overcook the mutton).
- lessen the steam of the cooker and activate the flame.
- Beat the yogurt and add into the tenderized mutton curry and blend nicely.
- add garam masala powder, roasted coriander seeds powder, black pepper corn powder.
- prepare dinner for 5 mins.
- overwhelm the deep fried onions and upload into the mutton curry and mix well.
- upload in some fresh coriander leaves.
- prepare dinner it for 10 minutes on low flame until a thick gravy is discovered.
- switch off the flame.
- Garnish with clean coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice...
