Crispy Beer Batter Onion Rings Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of red ale
  • 1 cup of flour
  • salt and a little pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3-4 cups of oil vegetable or canola for frying
  • 1 large onion

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk flour and beer collectively till easy.
  2. Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. taste the batter to make sure you have got enough salt.
