Fluffy Angel food Cake with sparkling Berries is a luscious, 3 layer angel meals cake filled with luscious fluffy, whipped cheesecake pudding filling and juicy, clean berries decorated throughout.  Then it’s crowned with whipped cream and extra berries and it’s ‘Awww’-Freaking-Mazing!

I’ve been wanting to make a scratch angel meals cake and sponge cake, due to I don’t have any on the blog and because a number of your were asking for them as nicely. (thanks!)  Don’t be counted me out even though! i hope to accomplish this before the fall season steps into the picture, so I’ve were given a few months of a window of opportunity here.

Fluffy Angel food Cake with sparkling Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk, cold
  • 1 Angel Food Cake, already baked
  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Whipping Cream, whipped (4 cups whipped) or 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup Blueberries, fresh
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, optional
  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped

instructions
Angel meals Cake:

  1. Slice via it flippantly 2 times with a serrated or sharp knife, so that you get 3 cake layers.

Whipped Cream Cheese Filling

  1. using a mixer, beat cream cheese and dry pudding mixes in huge bowl with mixer till blended.
  2. Whisk milk into the cream cheese pudding filling and allow take a seat for three-four minutes.
  3. gently stir in 8 ozor 2 cups of Cool Whip or whipping cream, whipped (see notes if making clean whipped cream. 

Layering of cake, filling and berries

  1. unfold a layer of pudding aggregate over cake and pinnacle with a layer of blueberries and sliced strawberries.
  2. Repeat the filling and berries layers 2 extra instances with the cake slices (three times general) 
  3. Use final 2 cups of whipped cream (see notes) and frost the cake the use of an extended spatula frosting knife (or go away the cake naked and it is non-compulsory in case you want to add a dollop of whipped cream left over.

Notes

  1. I propose if you are getting ready the whipped cream, the use of a mixer, whip 2 cups or 16 ozor whipping cream till you have got stiff peaks, reserve 2 cups  to add to the cream cheese filling and upload in half of cup powdered sugar into the whipping cream already inside the bowl and add inside the powdered sugar and blend together and installed refrigerator until equipped to frost cake.
