- 1 - 8 ounce container Cool Whip, divided
- 1/4 cup sugar
For the Chocolate Ganache
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- red and pink sprinkles
- Chocolate candy hearts, for garnish
